Remember to focus on the essential elements in the project assignment from the head of the business school. The conference should be dealt with as a project. At this early stage, still $13$ months before the date set for the conference, we want you to work out some suggestions for the following elements:

$1.$ Based on common knowledge and your insight into the field and topic of project management, develop a draft of:

a A Mission Breakdown Structure, or at least a sketch consisting of essential elements

b A Benefits Realization Plan, again, at least some preliminary elements

c A list of stakeholders

$2.$ Furthermore, founded on the above sketches of overall managerial project elements, identify some decision gates, formulate these as milestones and provide a milestone plan, primarily including a result$-$path structure.

$3.$ Consider some other essential elements you regard as vital for the project to be a success.
