What would you response to this:

Speaking for prior Human Resource Management experience at Sears, these statistics do not surprise me. When considering adverse (Disparate) impact and viewing stockers, these types of physical positions are typically dominated by men. Positions like stockers, often requires the ability to lift fifty-pound boxes is typically a male dominate job especially when considering safety. Someone being petite built like me, would struggle to move products that are that heavy.

Looking at the concentration statistics of cashiers there is an equal percentage of cashiers being female as there are men being stockers. I do not believe there is adverse impact due to the fact that an equal number of both men and women are hired. In accordance with Affirmative Action the statement I use is "doing something right for the community". When you have equal percentages of both male and female hired over all, there is no adverse impact.
