What you need to turn in: 2 menus with food paired with wine. Each menu should be 4 courses. Look at the document I created for an example. Please use the forms I have provided. If you need a different software, let me know. You can also do with handwriting if you want (must be legible!) There are two columns - one column with the food and the wine, another column with notes about the food and the wine.
