What you think employers are going to have to do to recruit employees into entry level jobs. I have noticed "help wanted" and "hiring now" signs in many service and retail businesses. In fact I know of businesses who have reduced their hours of operation because they cannot hire employees. Why are employers having a hard time finding employees? What do employees need/want from employers? What has to change, if anything?
