Whats the importance of a valid and reliable assessment measure? 1. What are the consequences of using an assessment measure that is not known to be valid? 2. For example, the issue of using assessment measures that have been validated on men to assess women, is this unethical? 3. Are there any solutions? 4. What are the limitations to these solutions?
