The most important skill of any leader of any organization is to continuously listen to the customers. In my role the most effective way to maintain the communication channel open is to visit the classroom and interact with the students, being open to receive feedback to improve or continue doing what is working. In addition, I create opportunities for the students to participate in events that highlight their possibilities and future opportunities so I can see firsthand where they need support to achieve their dreams
