This concept is that the more trust one has in their employer, the higher the zone of difference. If someone I did not trust or have respect for asked me to complete a task that went above and beyond the duties in my job description, there would be some questioning of the order. On the other hand, if it was someone I truly trusted, I would assume that the task was asked of me for a reason and accept that it is a reasonable ask. This is why it is so important, as a leader, to build that trust and rapport with their employees. Having that trust in your leader will allow the employee to have faith in their decisions and tasks
