They will use the agency model if currently using traditional PCA and the budget model if currently using PCA Choice

They will use the budget model if currently using traditional PCA and the agency model if currently using PCA Choice

They will learn about the new models from consultation services and select a model based on their needs and preferences

They will learn about the new models from their PCA provider agency and select a model based on their needs and preferences
