When a team is forming I like to be sure that there is a "getting to know you" meeting.It really helps knowing who the other team member is.You want to know about their professional life but also their personal life as well - also learn what their hobbies are and have fun with it!That way, when people are asking tough questions or asking someone to do work, they know a little about that person.What type of things would you ask a project team to share about themselves to introduce them on the first project team call?
