So, with that in mind the organization will have to take several steps into introducing a new policy procedure for all employees. The first thing that will be needed for the employees in the workplace to want to be al on board with bringing technology into the workplace each and every employee will need to have training on every aspect of the new technology that has been introduced. Once the training has been taken there has to be a monitoring and on-site individual to answer any questions that may come up in the early learning process. A refresher course needs to be available to keep up with all changes to the system. Sharing information with employees about the new procedure policy that will introduce beforehand will give the information and knowledge to understand what's coming
