When deciding on the ideal individual to recruit, one needs to examine the work atmosphere as well as the natural factors that surround the company. The company seeks younger or middle-aged employees with the abilities and innovation to increase the sales volume of 3D printers.

In this case, all three applicants are qualified for the position. As a result, we will not use this as our primary criteria for hiring. In this company, as all employees are white middle-aged adults; yet, in a varied society, a company must hire personnel from across the globe to decrease racist bias. As a result, Candidate 1 or Candidate 3 is the best candidate for this position. It is great to have a diverse workforce of worldview viewpoints that may educate employees and clients while also reaching untapped customer populations (Gilbert, 2016). This broadens the discussion to include fresh, unknown, and distinct ideas. In fact, organizations with greater diversity are 70% more likely to gain market share (Stahl, 2022). The company should hire Candidate 1 or 3 to diversify the work environment.

Previously, consumers were middle-aged Caucasian men. Buyers have recently shifted to be younger, female, African American, and Southeast Asian. Candidate 3, an African American woman, will be the greatest candidate to recruit in order to retain diversity, and she may also persuade consumers to make purchases since they speak the same language and come from similar backgrounds.

Finally, this company has recently seen revenue decrease. This organization needs to hire creative and imaginative employees that can contribute suggestions on how to increase the company's revenue.  Candidate 3 is innovative and entrepreneurial, having started her career selling Tupperware. She also has a lengthy history of working as a salesperson with actual experience in that industry. She is also a leader, having worked as an administrative assistant at a larger office equipment manufacturing company. She is also proficient in information technology, which gives her an advantage. Comparing the three candidates, I think in my opinion Candidate 3 best suits this position as a salesperson in this company.
