When designing our organization's total rewards package we took three things into consideration which were the needs of our employees, the organization's goals, and budget. The needs of our employees were important to consider when creating the total rewards package so that we can attract and retain the desired talent to achieve the organizational goals. Taking the budget into consideration was also important when designing the total rewards package so that HR could pick the benefits that best met the needs of the employees while not going over the budget
