When I worked for Sanyo-Fisher we heard that Sony had three teams - one developed the new products, the second tried to break it, and the third was working on how the second could not break the next generation of the product. With this model they were always working on destroying what they were just going to release and finding a way to make it better for future releases. Do you think this model works or makes sense?
