IPv4 is very common when it comes to unicast, broadcast, and multicast; However, it can always run out of addresses because it can only cover 4.3 billion addresses and only supports Manual and DHCP address configuration. Meanwhile, IPv6 is a better version of Internet Protocol to improve the computer networks. IPv6 has 128-bit, and 340 undecillion address space. With the address space that IPv6 provides, running out of addresses is nearly impossible.
