(I first Identify who my stakeholders are and what role they play in the overall project, by making an initial list of internal and external stakeholders, determining their interests, are they supporting my ideas/ goals or not?, and what are their issues, concerns, and priorities?. And, what are their relationships with other stakeholders? And if I find some conflict of interest I try to manage it by understanding the stakeholders goals, effectively communicating the importance of the overall objectives, and helping find acceptable compromises. Besides using the Stakeholder Management Platform that will help in tracking communication and issues for multiple stakeholders and help in achieving our organizational goals.)
