When performing data analysis, we learned it is important to step back and ask what business question am I trying to answer?. Then we can incorporate meaningful KPIs to measure what is most important to stakeholders. See below for a list of stakeholders and their objectives/priorities. For each stakeholder, identify which question you think is most important to them and provide at least one suitable KPI that could be used to track results.
