When providing an overview of your company to a customer you$$ve called on many times before, you should:

Ask the customer what information they lack about your company.

Fit as many details on your company as possible into a few minutes.

Reduce the overview to a positive statement about the company.

Do the overview as usual, but leave out the obvious information.
