Do the best to attempt to solve non-tax return problems, such as legal, financial, immigration, as long as they have the time. 

Believe that there is substantial authority for the entries taken on behalf of the taxpayer on the tax return. 

Sign the return after the review is completed and the taxpayer approves the submission of the return. 

Provide a disabled taxpayer with reasonable accommodation in order to enable the taxpayer to receive the benefits offered by the CSUN VITA Clinic.
