When selecting new pilots, they need to have a particular set of skills to meet even to be a pilot. A pilot needs to have confidence and the ability to take action and make decisions assuredly because they will be confident they can handle the consequences of their actions. They must be able to multi-task because they can simultaneously and effectively manage and take action on multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. The pilots need to have time management because of the ability to manage complex tasks and deadlines within a specific time that is given. They will have problem-solving skills because they might have to solve complex problems with various options and variables that can come up. The person must be adaptable because they might have to make changes because of circumstances. A pilot cannot just be anyone from off the street because they must have the proper training to get their pilot license
