When studying contract and subcontract formulation, why do you think it's important to discuss what happens AFTER the contract is signed? In other words, during the first half of this course, we studied everything leading up to and including signing the contract. In the second half of this course, we studied what happens after the contract is signed. Why is that important? What could happen if no one looked at the contract again once it was signed?
