When you are a leader you have to accept the certainty that conflict will come about in your group, team, work place, or organization. We are human's with emotions and events, experiences, and life can bring any of us to a point of conflict with someone else. You have to accept that fact for what it is and be a leader and control the situation; control the conflict. You cannot be a "conflict-avoider", it doesn't work.
