Identify at least $5$ non$-$commercial application utilities that you can use for your PC$.$ For each one, state $1)$ the name of the tool, $2)$ the main website for that tool, and $3)$ the type of license it is under $($e$.$g$.$ GNU Public License, etc.$),$ and $4)$ a brief description what this tool is used for.
