Where should Lai choose to expand next? Should he move more of his operations from China? Should he upgrade China operations to rationalize AO's investment to account for increasing labour costs there? Or relocate some key activities to Taiwan to tap its skilled labour pool? Would Myanmar still be an ideal location for his major production base? Or should AO just follow Lai's own vision of not putting "all our eggs into one basket," especially when so many other people were trying to put their eggs there too
