Where the US population is united on the federal government!

A poll out of NORC (National Opinion Research Center) found that in a random sample of 820 US adults, 86% have a favorable view of the National Park System and 82% have a favorable view of NASA. (see we all love some parts of the government!, odd that we never fund the National Parks sufficiently)

a). Solve a two-sided 99% hypothesis test to see if all Americans have a more or less favorable view of the National Parks as compared to NASA.

b). Calculate and explain the two-sided p-value that corresponds to your hypothesis test.
