Which area of the simulation did you struggle the most? I.e., morale or productivity etc.

The first weakness is the Unit Labor Cost. This is because we do not have as many employees as the rest of the companies. Another weakness is the number of accidents that we have as a company. As an HR department we need to invest in more training to solve this problem. Lastly, our company is below average for the percentage of minorities in the company. We as an HR department need to improve on this number.
