Which form of doing business (S-Corp, LLC, etc..; limit it to three forms) you recommend for a small business owner and why? List a comparison between the Pros and Cons of each type of business formation?

If an employee works 44 hours in a week but 8.5 of those hours are holiday worked, which is paid at time and a half, do the remaining hours 35.5 hours get paid as regular pay? OR does the employee get the 8.5 at time and a half, 4 hours of overtime and 31.5 hours of regular pay?
