Buffet style is common in my neighborhood Las Vegas The food in this style is set out in several tables and stations, and the guests help themselves. This style normally allows the guests to eat as much and as many times as they wish. Portion control is not up to standards because many people overfill their plates or try foods they may not like. In buffet style, the food presentation is only great at the restaurant's opening and diminishes as time passes. Staff in typical buffet-style service are mostly responsible for providing beverages and picking up empty plates. In normal buffets, the servers also clean and reset their tables, while in higher-end buffets, bus persons assist the servers.
