Work with relevant stakeholders to determine the following: 1 Nature of the resource Nature of resources refer to the type of resource required, e.g., human resources - full-time, contractual staff, Physical resources - hardware, equipment, buildings, consumables, etc. l_| Level of the resource required to achieve the objectives Level of resources refer to the quantity or capacity of the resource required to achieve objectives. For example, to achieve Objective A, B and C, you will need 10 staff who must work for seven hours for five days for four weeks. 3 At least two opportunities to share the resource Ensure to take notes from your meeting as you will refer to this information in the succeeding tasks
