While I agree with your comments in general, I am not sure the proposed increase in production is enough. I put a chart on one of the previous posts showing year 5/ 6 production. I have worked out the percentage increases and decreases of the difference between the above 2 years, showing: - Apple supply has decreased 40.74% from 54,000 year 5 to 32,000 year 6 For year 7 if we keep the same decrease production would drop to 18,964 - Apple juice has increased 17.94% from 54,600 year 5 to 64,400 year 6 For year 7 if the keep the same increase production rises to 75,953 - Cider has increased 14.28% from 29,400 year 5 to 33,600 year 6 For year 7 if we keep the same increase production rises to 38,398 Year 6 overall production = 130,000 Year 7 overall production (based on the above) = 133,315 The above figures then show it is likely apples will drop again in bulk supply, so while we are looking to increase production of the apple juice and cider, actual production figures will stay a similar overall amount for year 7 due to the sharp drop in the bulk whole number
