While Mr. Kelele in prison, Mr. Kalamu, the neighbour built a wall fence that extended into the land of Mr. Kelele. All efforts to inform Mr. Kalamu to extend the fence to his own land have been in vain. Mr. Kalamu has continued to use the wall fence .
