while reading your response it would definitely be a good idea to run trial periods for technology, but you also have to think about the new age in healthcare. Most healthcare facilities are adopting many new technologies and its spreading across the board worldwide. But just because the system or technology works for one organization or facility it may take more work for the other. Or maybe that the organization does not have the adequate staff to perform the technology and so forth. It is also important as you stated above that it is important that the company does understand the culture and value of the organization and you want the employees' personal values to align with what is taking place in the organization
