While servant leadership may have high achievement rates as a by product, I don't believe that's the true intent. Jesus was relational and servant leadership was used to teach, grow oneself, and address problems in the team and real world. With our spiritual and moral beliefs as a guide, there is a deeper meaning to servant leadership than just reaching the next goal and increasing efficiency.
