While this is still new to us and we have quite some time before our first student start date, we must be able to think critically about what this means for the future. If we continue not to use vendors, what does that mean for our workload? Will we be able to hire more full-time or contracted employees? Are there certain tasks that we would be comfortable delegating to a vendor? If we do use vendors, we need to develop a consistent onboarding process for them.
