Priorto the meeting, The Firm formed abusiness for Alfred called JamesPaints, Inc. Alfred uses the businessto protect his intellectual propertyand any assets he creates andformulates. The purpose of themeeting was for Alfred to present anew paint that he developed tokeep cars cooler, prevent fading,and prevent chipping.
