Who would be considered a licensee?

an off$-$duty employee who goes to the place of employment to pick up a paycheck.

a child attending a birthday party hosted by a guest at a hotel.

a friend of a hotel guest that is at the hotel to have dinner with the guest.

All of these are licensee's.
