Why don't we talk about "what is right"? It's possible that what you think is right and what an organization thinks is right are two different things entirely. Will you put yourself in a situation where you may be fired if you live by a set of values that are founded on right and wrong and act according to what you believe to be right even if you are not in a position to leave your job?
