Why is the control used at Walt Disney World consensual? Why are the park guests so eager to follow the rules and not overrun the park? Why don't guests just do what they want, such as notwaiting in line for rides but cutting ahead to the from of the line? How come they are willing to wait for a good seat to view the parade by staking out a spot on the curb for an hour rather than just show up right before the show starts and kick someone out of their spot?
