Why is there not an agreement in the following contract?

Performance Contract

Acme Widgethenceforth known as "Client," agrees to hire______________, henceforth known as "Artist," for a performance atLegalpaloozaon_________________.

Furthermore, the two parties agree to the following:

Artist will host agameatAcme Parkon{date}, for a period of3 hours, beginning at _______.

The performance will specifically consist offollowing all instructions provided to insure the game runs smoothly and safely.

Client will pay artist$35as compensation for this performance, payable viacashat the completion of the artist's assignment.

Setup for the performance will be the responsibility ofAcme Widget.

Client will provide a costume to each performer and Artist agrees to wear the costume assigned by Acme Widget for the entirety of their particular performance/game.

If Client cancels the performance with less than48 hoursbefore the assigned performance, Acme will pay Artist$35.
