Why was Agile created?

to fix bugs in new software based on both programmer and user feedback

to apply a sequential set of phases using a highly structured approach to plan and build software

to define and document the technical aspects of how a new software is to be built

to design a set of best practices and approaches that would improve software development and deployment

I don't know this yet.
