Will an internet service company increase investor interest for the current year, if they move their call centres to cheaper and older rental premises which is of inferior building quality (For an example does this increase profit to gain investor interest, etc). If so is it a good or bad idea (and why is it a good or bad idea), and if it doesn't then why does it not? I live in Australia so we go by the Australian regulations, so please relate it to Australian laws, principles or concepts thanks
