Willie, an infatuated male supervisor of Rose, a female employee, subjects here to a continual barrage of touchings and suggestive remarks, etc., over a period of several years.  Rose finally sues the employer for sexual harassment.  Erich type of harassment claim would Rose be most successful in bringing? The employer claims that the supervisor never told Rose that she had to accept such behavior to keep her job.  The employer also contends that it had no actual knowledge of the supervisor's actions.  Are these defenses sufficient to defeat Rose's lawsuit?  Why or why not?
