Wireshark scenario:

First 3 packets are a tcp 3-way handshake.

The next 27 packets are fragmented but, they shouldn't be fragmented because they are smaller than the Maximum Transmission Unit (MTU).

The packet is reassembled in frame 30, and it's an HTTP Get request. Looking through the capture file, there are others just like it, requesting other files.

What's it look like is happening in this packet capture? Why might this type of tactic be used?
