With all non$-$DOT projects, the Special Provisions or Supplemental Specifications recite only that data necessary to adapt the Standard Specifications to be job$-$specific, and to provide only those technical provisions that add to$,$ delete from, or modify the terms specified in the Standard Specifications as necessary for the job at hand.
