With my knowledge of the policy process to improve program management, I believe identifying the stakeholders needs to go into detail. I believe that we generalize those stakeholders but don't really focus on who actually has a lot to lose. As well as deciding what needs to be handled and how it's affecting the public. For example, in previous discussion posts I mentioned that homelessness was an issue, yes that's the issue but why is it an issue? I believe that going into detail is very important for program management.
