With no money available using pay as the main motivator is very likely no longer an option. However, the area of motivation does not take a vacation. This is why we always need a nice mix of also using the areas I mentioned above about praise, recognition, challenging work etc.

2. As well as skills to help motivate a person in one of these areas or honestly in any of these areas?
