do. In particular it is vital to the users of our IT services, namely the students,
lecturers and other university users, that we transform everything into digital.
Digital transformation essentially means that the university will not use paper any
longer. So, everything will work the same as it did before digital transformation,
except that everything will be paperless. This includes application documents,
registration forms, study material, textbooks, payments, payment receipts,
assignments and examinations. In addition, it means that the IT department is now
the most important department in the university, and we should now be treated
much better and receive pay increases.
E. Excellence is a key concept that should be at the forefront of all that we do. In
particular it is excellence to the users of our IT services, namely the students,
lecturers and other university users. Excellence is our users subjective perception
of our IT services benefits, usefulness and importance. So, it is vital to measure,
monitor, maintain and obtain user feedback on all our IT services throughout the
