With the above brief introduction, it can be seen that our team is much diversified (from both educational and working perspective) and with this every team member can contribute their own specialties and talent (experience from front to back office in the industry) to the group. Indeed we are all young folks with relatively less experience in the derivatives and trading industry, however, this is also the drive of all of us to learn and absorb new knowledge from this course. We are all open minded to adopt new ideas and always eager to learn. The only weakness of this team maybe we are stick together as the same old team from the past few course in the Master of Finance program. On the other hand, this can also be an advantage to the team since we have already developed a deep bond and we understood each one's strength and weaknesses.
