With the addition of the Staging Area, the Operations Section Chief has the following subordinate leaders reporting directly to him: Staging Area Manager, Division A Supervisor, Division B Supervisor, Division C Supervisor, Flood Control Group Supervisor, and Nursing Home Task Force Leader. After the river crests, the Operations Section will need to perform additional functions such as control the perimeter, perform search and rescue operations, and restore utilities. The Operations Section Chief should
