With the data provided, I would perfer to use the median to measure the central tendency. This is because there were some very low scores that will alter or make the provided data off a little bit. To get these low scores, like 18 and 27, seems really hard to get unless the employee is not paying attention or does not really care about the training. With training programs, I believe that we should hold a standard of atleast 80 percent to be considered passing. Any employer would want to have their staff to perfom at the highest. I would expect the employees to want to strive to do their best for themselves and for the organizaiton they work for. In the job that i have right now, passing grade for any training is 80 percent. FI we do not pass, we are given a second chance to pass. If we do not pass the second time, them we are out of the job. As a supervisor I would want to strive to have the best of employees. I would consider 80 and up to be completion, 60-80 a chance for redemtion, and below 60 would be termination. I believe
