With the increased reliance on the use of the internet for a wide variety of functions the need to make sure that consumers are protected is paramount. There are issues of privacy and security.

What restrictions do you believe should be put in place to protect consumers using the Web? Should there be restrictions on your 1st Amendment rights. Should the government be able to use the Web to gather evidence about a crime or criminal behavior without a search warrant? What restrictions, if any, should be placed on Facebook, Google, Twitter, or other social media platforms concerning political speech or stories?
